How to work a Kate's sale

No mystery, no insider game. Here's exactly how our sales run — read this and you'll shop better than half the line.

01

Numbers go out early

Most sales run a numbered list — first to show, first in. Numbers usually go out about an hour before doors. On a big one, people are there at dawn. That's not us being dramatic, that's just the sport.

02

Bring cash

Cash moves fastest and settles fastest. We also take credit, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal — but on a busy Saturday morning, cash is the shortest line.

03

Day one is selection, day three is price

Best pieces go Friday. Best deals come Sunday, when we discount to clear the house. Pick your side — you can't have both.

The Scoreboard

Somebody scored this weekend

Sample reviews for the mockup — the real ones come from Kate's Facebook and Google.

★★★★★

“Got number 4, walked straight to the garage, and came out with a Craftsman chest my grandfather would've cried over. Priced fair, not cheap — which is how you know they did the research.”

Ray M.Reseller · Victorville
★★★★★

“I've been to sales where the staff treats you like a shoplifter. Kate's crew opened the case, handed me the loupe, and let me take my time. I've bought at every sale since.”

D
Denise K.Collector · Apple Valley
★★★★★

“Sunday half-off is my whole business model. Showed up at 1pm, filled the van, flipped it all inside three weeks. The alert email is the only one I don't delete.”
